MONDICO does not start the advice process until the client has confirmed our quotation for approval. The NRVT regulations prescribe that the valuation may not take place based on a fee that is related to the amount of the appraised value. That is why we apply a fixed fee or a fee for Valuations that is based on time spent and a market-based hourly rate. For Consultancy and Judicial Expertise, we charge a fee on an hourly basis. And for Advisory we agree a start-up and success fee with our clients. The fees for Auditing and Education are based on a Fixed Fee. Depending on the assignment, we charge an advance on the fee of 50% after the concept phase has been completed.
